Champagne Trades ("we", "us") provides trading education and community access. You can reach us at info.champagnetrades@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request a free guide or join a mailing list we collect the first name and email address you enter. When you purchase a membership, payment is processed by Whop; we receive your order and account details from Whop but never see or store your full card number. We also collect standard analytics and advertising data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To send you the guide or resource you asked for.
- To send educational emails, market notes and offers about our memberships. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To provide and support your membership and community access.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
Advertising and cookies
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools and website analytics. These may set cookies that let us measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited this site. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad preferences and control cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run this business on our behalf — our email and hosting platforms, Whop for payments and membership, Discord for community access, and Meta for advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info.champagnetrades@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Data retention and security
We keep your contact details for as long as you remain subscribed or a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
